lbaje Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all schedules, supplementary policies, and promotional terms incorporated by reference.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any modification, re-enactment, or extension thereof in force from time to time. Headings and section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing the lbaje Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. They govern the entire relationship between you and lbaje with respect to your use of the Platform. lbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lbaje will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Eligibility to Accept These Terms

You may only accept these Terms and use the lbaje Platform if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You have not been self-excluded from lbaje or from any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion period;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of lbaje or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

lbaje reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to lbaje's satisfaction.

To use the full range of lbaje's services, you are required to register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred MFS payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. Where fraud is identified, lbaje will close the Account, void any balance, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on lbaje at any time. If lbaje identifies that a single individual holds more than one Account — whether under the same name, a different name, or using any other individual's identity — lbaje reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any balances held therein, and permanently ban the individual from registering on the Platform in the future.

3.3 KYC Verification

lbaje operates a KYC verification programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, and particularly before any withdrawal is approved:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• A valid Bangladesh passport;
• A copy of your Bangladesh Birth Registration Certificate (for supplementary age verification);
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address in Bangladesh;
• A screenshot or confirmation of your registered MFS account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) matching the mobile number on your lbaje Account.

lbaje aims to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC is complete. lbaje reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to confirm identity or eligibility.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lbaje login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. lbaje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity carried out through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified lbaje of a breach of account security at the earliest possible opportunity by contacting [email protected] or via the Platform's live chat.

lbaje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods that are locally relevant to players in Bangladesh. All Account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). lbaje does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — instant deposit; withdrawal typically within minutes for verified accounts
• Nagad — instant deposit; withdrawal typically within minutes for verified accounts
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — instant deposit; withdrawal within 1–4 hours
• Upay (United Commercial Bank) — instant deposit; withdrawal within 1–4 hours
• Visa — deposit within minutes; withdrawal 1–5 business days
• Mastercard — deposit within minutes; withdrawal 1–5 business days

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳500 for all MFS payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard: ৳1,000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit in the lbaje Cashier. Players may set personal deposit limits lower than the platform maximums via the Responsible Gaming tools in their Account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved by lbaje:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification as described in Section 3.3;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current Balance must have been met in full (see Section 5);
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by lbaje's payments team;
• There must be no pending investigation, account review, or security hold on your Account at the time of the request.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Sources

You must only fund your lbaje Account using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of depositing on lbaje, or using a payment method that belongs to someone else are all strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any balance funded from a prohibited source is subject to immediate forfeiture.

lbaje periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit;
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash before the applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• lbaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to eligible Players;
• Bonuses awarded in error (e.g., due to a technical fault or display error) may be reversed from a Player's Account at any time, including after the Player has begun wagering with those funds. lbaje is not liable for any perceived losses arising from the reversal of an erroneously awarded bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. The standard format for wagering requirements on lbaje is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x"), meaning the bonus amount must be staked in total across eligible games or markets the stated number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in total eligible wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

lbaje employs detection systems to identify promotional abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus hunting across multiple accounts, use of low-risk or balanced betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and collusion between Players to exploit promotional structures. Where promotional abuse is identified, lbaje reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend the Account pending review.

The following rules apply to all gaming and sports betting activity conducted through the lbaje Platform. Additional game-specific rules are displayed within the individual game or market interface and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on lbaje — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and table games — are sourced from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the respective studios. lbaje does not and cannot influence game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of lbaje's knowledge based on information provided by the studio and are subject to change by the studio from time to time.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on lbaje covers cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as published in the sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. lbaje reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in the displayed odds is subsequently identified, provided that the error was material and the Player could reasonably have been expected to identify the price as erroneous. All bets are subject to the maximum payout limits displayed in the sportsbook at the time of placement.

6.3 Technical Errors & Interrupted Games

In the event of a technical fault, software error, or interruption to a game or betting market during active play, lbaje will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly on the basis of the information available. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to lbaje or a third-party game provider, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. lbaje is not liable for losses attributable to the Player's own technical environment, including internet connection failures, device hardware faults, or browser incompatibility.

6.4 Currency & Stake Limits

All bets and game stakes on lbaje are placed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market and are displayed within each game or betting interface. lbaje reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice. Players who have set deposit or stake limits via the Responsible Gaming tools will be subject to those limits even if the platform's general limits are higher.

lbaje is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to use the responsible gaming tools available to you and to engage with lbaje's support team if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

7.1 Player Obligations

• You must only gamble with funds you can afford to lose without material impact on your personal finances or the wellbeing of your household;
• You must not use lbaje as a method of generating income or as a substitute for employment;
• You must not gamble while under the influence of alcohol, prescription medication that impairs judgement, or any other substance that affects decision-making capacity;
• You must make use of the deposit limit, session time limit, and cooling-off tools available in your Account settings if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control.

7.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all Players free of charge via the Account Settings page on lbaje:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the change is requested;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which lbaje will display a mandatory break reminder;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting and deposit access for 1, 3, 7, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or time-limited self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) that cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on lbaje. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of any balance held at the time of suspension, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, fabricated, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or play games;
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors in the sportsbook to generate systematic profits;
• Colluding with other Players in any card game, live casino game, or tournament offered on lbaje;
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or funds that belong to a third party who has not consented to their use on lbaje;
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward lbaje staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's underlying software or security systems.

8.2 Account Closure by lbaje

In addition to closure for prohibited conduct, lbaje reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where lbaje determines that continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk. Where an Account is closed by lbaje for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period following the completion of any outstanding review.

8.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may request to close your lbaje Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any active bonus requirements will be removed, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming contract law. In the event of a dispute between you and lbaje, you should first contact the lbaje support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of no less than 30 days for lbaje to investigate and respond. lbaje aims to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable time. lbaje's decision on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account activity shall be final where it is based on server-side records, log data, and third-party studio confirmation.
